History

Ju-Jitsu

There are many descriptions on the history, techniques, variations etc on Ju-Jitsu, so won't go into the details, but generally: Ju-Jitsu is an old Japanese martial art that utilises a large variety of techniques in both defense and attack against an opponent. The name originates from the Japanese 柔術. A rough translation being: Ju : gentle, yielding; and Jitsu : Art.
